Badminton is a game of space, time, and balance.
By placing the ball in open spaces, you force the players on the other side of the net to move. By playing fast attacks, you don't give your opponent any time, and by using feints, you throw your opponent off balance.
These game-deciding elements mean that physical fitness is just as important as responsiveness, game awareness, and speed. We promote all these qualities through targeted training and mini games under the guidance of our coaches.
Badminton training therefore always includes a variety of content related to stroke training, movement training, understanding the game, and strength, endurance, and stretching exercises. All of this is packaged into mini-games and small tasks and challenges.
Fun must be at the forefront of training—this is best achieved through play.
