It's never too late to learn to swim. Our swimming course for adults is aimed at anyone who wants to feel more confident in the water or learn to swim from scratch—without any pressure to perform and in a relaxed atmosphere. Step by step, you will be introduced to the movements in the water, build confidence, and develop safety in the water.
What you can expect:
- Qualified swimming instructor
- Small group and individual attention
- Exercises to develop a feel for the water
- Pleasant, relaxed learning atmosphere
- No prior knowledge required
Aim of the course:
- Reducing fear and getting used to water
- Learning safe swimming movements
- Self-confidence and safety in the water

The course takes place every Monday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the school swimming pool at Raabeschule/Schulzentrum Heidberg, Stettinstraße 1, 38124 Braunschweig. (There are NO classes during school holidays!) You can join the course depending on availability.
